Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to identify their unique business challenges and gather detailed requirements.
• Develop and propose customized solutions that effectively meet client needs and showcase the value of our services.
• Act as a primary point of contact between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and high client satisfaction.
• Provide comprehensive training and support to clients, helping them maximize the benefits of our solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements to offer informed recommendations to clients.
• Document experiences and insights to contribute to the continuous improvement of our service offerings.

• Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Prior experience in a solutions consulting, customer service, or relevant technology role is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with a knack for understanding client needs and developing effective solutions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• An understanding of technology solutions is beneficial, along with a willingness to learn new tools.
• Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
