Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and review user-generated content to identify and address violations of community guidelines and safety protocols.
• Conduct thorough investigations into reported incidents, applying analytical skills to evaluate evidence and determine appropriate responses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective safety policies and procedures.
• Prepare and share detailed reports on safety incidents and trends to inform decision-making and enhance user safety.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in digital safety, employing best practices to proactively mitigate risks.
• Engage with users to educate them on safety measures and promote a culture of responsibility and respect online.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Experience in digital safety, content moderation, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills for effectively addressing user inquiries and safety concerns.
• Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying and addressing potential risks.
• Familiarity with online safety tools, social media platforms, and content management systems is an advantage.
• A willingness to relocate to Greece for this opportunity.
