Dutch-Speaking Onboarding Account Manager

Are you a fluent Dutch speaker looking to start your career abroad and work in one of Europes most vibrant tech hubs? We're looking for motivated Onboarding Account Managers to support business clients using a leading digital advertising platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Support new Dutch-speaking clients during their onboarding process

• Provide guidance on account setup, campaign structure, and best practices

• Help clients understand advertising tools, reporting features, and optimization options

• Conduct outbound onboarding calls and follow-up sessions

• Identify client needs and recommend tailored solutions

• Document interactions and maintain accurate CRM records

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve onboarding workflows

• Ensure a high-quality customer experience through proactive communication

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (written & spoken)

• Very good English skills for internal communication

• Strong communication, presentation, and consultative skills

• Customer-centric mindset and ability to build trust with business clients

• Comfortable working with digital tools, dashboards, and analytics

• Experience in customer success, account management, or digital marketing is a plus (but not required)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment
