Dutch-Speaking Reservation Consultant for Hotels - Work In Greece

Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a dedicated Dutch-Speaking Reservation Consultant for Hotels to join our team in beautiful Greece! In this role, you will be instrumental in helping clients book their dream accommodations, providing exemplary service and support throughout the reservation process.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with Dutch-speaking clients to assist in hotel reservations through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Provide detailed information on hotel options, availability, and pricing tailored to the client's needs.
• Process reservation requests accurately, ensuring all client specifications and preferences are met.
• Manage and resolve customer inquiries and issues related to hotel bookings with professionalism and efficiency.
• Document all client interactions and reservations in the CRM system for proper tracking and follow-up.
• Keep updated with hotel industry trends, promotions, and available packages to offer clients relevant options.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a strong advantage.
• Experience in hotel reservations, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
• A passion for travel and knowledge of popular hotel destinations.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Able to effectively handle customer concerns and provide suitable solutions.
• Proficient in CRM systems and familiar with standard office software applications.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently, particularly in a remote environment.
• Willingness to embrace the opportunity to live and work in Greece.
