Job Description - Econoom en/of Data Scientist

Shape policy impact through data at an international policy consultancy
Technopolis BV is looking for an Economist and/or Data Scientist with a passion for policy analysis and evaluation to join our growing team.Discover the exciting opportunities that await you:

Lead quantitative analyses and develop data science applications to address significant societal challenges for our high-profile public clients.
Use and develop data science methods to collect and transform data for evidence-based policy studies.
Apply econometrics, scientometrics, quantitative economics or data science analytics to create actionable insights for Dutch ministries, the European Commission or other public policy makers.
Take ownership of consultancy projects from proposal to final report.

Are you the one we are searching for?

Do you have an academic background with strong econometric and/or data science skills? (Python, Stata, R)
Do you have 1 year of relevant experience or, if you are more interested in a senior position, 5+ years of experience in working with public-sector clients?
Do you have excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, verbally and in writing?
Do you have a collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset with critical thinking abilities?
