Wij zoeken een Finance Administrator die ons financiële team ondersteunt op projectbasis. Je hebt ervaring in boekhouding en administratie, werkt gestructureerd en zorgt ervoor dat financiële processen soepel verlopen. Je taken variëren van factuurverwerking en crediteurenbeheer tot ondersteuning bij de maand- en jaarafsluitingen.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

• Dagelijkse financiële administratie en boekhouding.

• Inboeken en beheren van facturen, inclusief productie- en verkoopfacturen.

• Crediteurenadministratie en optimalisatie van het crediteurenproces.

• Debiteurenadministratie en optimalisatie van het debiteurenproces

• Ondersteuning bij maand- en jaarafsluiting, inclusief kostenanalyses en BTW-controles.

• Zorgen voor een up-to-date administratie in Exact Online.

• Ad-hoc financiële taken uitvoeren.

Dagelijkse financiële administratie en boekhouding.

Inboeken en beheren van facturen, inclusief productie- en verkoopfacturen.

Crediteurenadministratie en optimalisatie van het crediteurenproces.

Debiteurenadministratie en optimalisatie van het debiteurenproces

Ondersteuning bij maand- en jaarafsluiting, inclusief kostenanalyses en BTW-controles.

Zorgen voor een up-to-date administratie in Exact Online.

Ad-hoc financiële taken uitvoeren.
