Job Description - Finance and Admin Professional

As our Finance Support Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth financial operations of Firely. You will work closely with the CFO to oversee various financial processes and administrative tasks. Your contributions will help maintain the company’s financial health and support its continued growth. This position requires accuracy, strong organizational skills, and a proactive mindset.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Processing invoices, ensuring timely and accurate handling of payments, and managing customer communications.
  • Managing accounts payable and receivable, keeping financial records up to date.
  • Reviewing and reconciling bank transactions, as well as assisting with payroll administration.
  • Overseeing outgoing payments and ensuring compliance with internal bookkeeping policies.
  • Contributing to monthly financial reporting, budget planning, and forecasting.
  • Work closely together with HR on various administrative tasks, helping to maintain efficient day-to-day operations.

  • A minimum of HBO-level education or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous experience in a financial or administrative support role.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial processes.
  • Ability to maintain an overview of multiple financial tasks and projects.
  • A flexible and proactive mindset, ready for new challenges every day!
  • Preferably interested in healthcare technology
  • Fluently in Dutch and English 
  • Resident of the Netherlands
  • Availability for 3 days / 24 hours a week
