In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding care to our Flemish-speaking clients while also employing a soft sales approach to promote our offerings.

Your key responsibilities will include addressing client inquiries, offering detailed information about our products and services, and gently guiding clients towards making informed purchasing decisions. Your ability to foster relationships and understand customer needs will be essential in enhancing their overall experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries from Flemish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
• Provide comprehensive information about products and services to assist clients
• Utilize a soft sales approach to encourage clients in their purchasing journey
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in our CRM system
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather valuable feedback
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop customer-centric strategies
• Engage in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and improve sales techniques

• Fluency in Flemish and English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer service or soft sales is highly desired
• Excellent communication skills with a warm and approachable demeanor
• Capability to understand customer needs and provide tailored recommendations
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Proficiency in utilizing CRM systems and other sales tools
