As a key member of our customer service team, you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and assist customers with bookings, all while representing one of the most respected brands in the travel industry. Your fluency in Flemish will be essential in delivering exceptional support and building strong relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Flemish via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with booking accommodations, travel plans, and other inquiries
• Provide timely and effective resolution to customer issues
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance service delivery
• Gather feedback from customers to improve service quality and customer experience
• Participate in ongoing training to stay up to date on products and services

• Fluency in Flemish and English, both written and verbal
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Experience in customer service is preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations
• Interest in the travel industry and passion for customer service
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new environment
