Game Designer (Web/UI/UX) - AdTech

As a Game UI/UX Product Designer at TradeTracker.com, you will play a key role in designing intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces for our Web (desktop, tablet, mobile) and App platforms. These interfaces support essential functions within our performance marketing platform. You will be a member of the main platform design team, reporting to the Design Team Lead, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, data engineers, and product managers. 

Your primary goal will be to create state-of-the-art UI designs that improve usability, efficiency, effectiveness, and the overall user experience of our platform, tools, and features. A significant aspect of your role will involve integrating gamification strategies—such as achievements, milestones, and rewards systems—to drive user engagement and activation.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and Development
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new features and platform enhancements across web and mobile applications.
  • Create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that align with our brand identity and incorporate gamification elements like badges, leaderboards, and milestone rewards.
  • Design UI component libraries ensuring consistency and scalability across the platform.
• Gamification Integration
  • Strategically integrate gamification elements to enhance user engagement, promote achievements, and drive user activation.
  • Design interactive features that encourage users to reach milestones and participate actively within the platform.

In this role, we seek individuals who possess a blend of qualifications, experience, skills, and personal attributes that align with our vision for exceptional design and user experience. Here’s what makes you the perfect fit:

• A strong portfolio showcasing a track record of successful gamification elements and user flows in the AdTech, FinTech or related industry, with an emphasis on real-time data visualization.
• Familiarity with motion design and micro interactions to enhance real-time user engagement.
• Experience with UI component library development and their design practices.
• Ability to quickly adopt A/B testing in the design process.

Required Skillset: 

• 5+ years Experience in designing web and mobile applications. 
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. 
• Excellent visual design skills, including expertise in typography, color theory, and layout, especially in the context of data representation and analytical dashboards. 
• Proficiency in design and prototyping using Figma.
