Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing support of solutions.
• Conduct client training sessions to empower them in maximizing the use of our products.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to provide relevant and timely advice to clients.

• Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Experience in solutions consulting, customer service, or a similar field is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
• A good understanding of technology solutions and a willingness to learn new tools and platforms.
