You’ll work closely with the CEO and Management Team to translate our bold vision into a people strategy that empowers teams, nurtures leadership, and strengthens our unique culture. In this role, you’ll help us scale with purpose, ensuring that every step forward is grounded in values, engagement, and excellence.
Leading the development and execution of HR strategy aligned with business goals.
Acting as the final point of responsibility for all HR processes.
Advising leadership on organizational development, leadership, and culture.
Representing HR in Works Council (OR) consultations.
Driving complex HR projects and change initiatives.
Overseeing performance management and talent development.
Designing and managing compensation & benefits policies.
Creating HR dashboards and delivering data-driven insights.
A degree (WO or HBO+) in Business Administration, HRM, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in a broad HR Business Partner role, including senior-level responsibilities.
Proven experience with Works Council collaboration, change management, and strategic HR.
Strong communication, coaching, and influencing skills.
A hands-on, analytical, and culturally aware mindset.
Solid knowledge of labor law, HR compliance, and HR systems.
