You will be the voice of our gaming community, assisting Hungarian-speaking players in resolving their inquiries and enhancing their gaming experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to Hungarian-speaking gamers via email.
• Assist players with a range of inquiries, from technical issues to account management.
• Ensure that all player concerns are addressed promptly, leading to increased customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of player interactions and feedback for future reference and improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to relay feedback and ensure the gaming experience meets player expectations.
• Stay informed about game updates, features, and community news to provide knowledgeable assistance.

• Proficiency in Hungarian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer support or a gaming environment is advantageous.
• A strong passion for gaming and familiarity with various game genres is preferred.
