Job Description - Incasso Medewerker (f/m/d)

PAIR Finance is expanding! The success story of revolutionizing the debt collection industry in the German market already started in Berlin in 2016, and now we are building our team in the Netherlands to enter the Dutch market as well.

You always have an open ear for consumers and a solution-oriented service is close to your heart? Is telephone and written customer service in Dutch your strength? Then we are looking for you to help us grow PAIR Finance and expand our customer service team. Become part of our strong, international team that is changing the traditional debt collection industry with innovation and passion!

Confident communication with clients, consumers and third parties (e.g. lawyers) via telephone, e-mail, chat and letter and the solution-oriented and competent support of the requests
Answering inbound calls as well as actively contacting clients and consumers outbound and processing letters from lawyers
Dealing with legal issues, such as inquiries from debt counseling agencies, or criminal charges
Being available to colleagues for questions as well as clients and customers as a contact person for technically complex and legal issues
Process files in a commercially effective manner and maintain CRM systems
Collecting feedback from clients and customers and thus supporting the improvement of technology and services
Further development of internal processes and structures to strengthen the own team

Several years of experience in customer service with a focus on receivables management/debt collection
Passion for contributing to fast-paced environments and to improve processes and standards
Mandatory business fluent communication skills in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
A completed MBO level 4 education is mandatory
Good MS Office skills and interest in technologies
