As a Junior Learning & Development Specialist, you will work in an international environment with professionals where continuous development is a central focus

• Oversee the administrative registration of training sessions in the Learning Management System and working closely with the Global Learning Administration Services team in India.
• Handle the logistics for invitations, evaluations, and content management, ensuring seamless communication throughout the process.
• Collaborate in the curation of engaging learning content on our Learning Experience Platform.
• Take responsibility for compiling and reporting essential management information.
• Respond to second-line learning inquiries from participants, course owners, and facilitators promptly and effectively.
• Engage in one or more internal learning projects, focusing on areas such as Learning Experience, Measurement & Impact, or Branding & Marketing.

As a Junior L&D Specialist, you, along with the L&D Specialist and L&D Manager, will be responsible for translating learning needs into a sustainable learning and development offering. You thrive on organising and collaborating. You communicate effectively at various levels and are proactive in identifying opportunities. Additionally, for the role of Junior L&D Specialist, you should possess the following:

• A minimum of a completed Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Educational Sciences, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or Training Science.
• At least 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong communication skills; you are service-oriented and possess excellent planning and organisational skills.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent command of both Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
