About the Role

Were searching for an experienced Marketing Lead with a strong background in digital marketing to drive visibility, engagement, and lead generation. You'll develop and execute campaigns across SEO, SEA, social media, and paid advertising platforms like Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and YouTube.

As a hands-on leader, youll also manage email marketing, content strategy, and collaborate with a small, dynamic team while overseeing external agencies and freelancers. This is a high-impact role where your expertise will directly contribute to the growth and mission.

Key Responsibilities

1. SEO & SEA

• Develop and implement strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.

• Optimize SEA campaigns to drive high-quality leads and improve ROI.

2. Paid Advertising

• Manage advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and YouTube to boost brand awareness and conversions.

3. Lead Generation & Community Building

• Execute strategies to grow your customer base and build a loyal online community.

4. Social Media Management

• Oversee Facebook and Instagram channels, including content planning, paid campaigns, and audience engagement.

5. Email Marketing

• Create targeted email campaigns and newsletters to engage and retain customers.

6. Project Management

• Coordinate with agencies and freelancers to deliver projects on time and within budget.

7. Analytics & Reporting

• Use tools like Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data insights.

8. Collaboration

• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to align marketing efforts with business goals.

About You

Were looking for someone with:

• Experience: 5-8 years in digital marketing with proven success in SEO, SEA, and paid campaigns.

• Expertise: Proficiency in Google Analytics, HubSpot, and advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager).

• Leadership: Strong experience managing external agencies and freelancers.

• Email Marketing Skills: A track record of creating engaging email campaigns.

• Project Management: Ability to juggle multiple projects and deliver results.

• Languages: Fluency in both Dutch and English, with excellent communication skills.

• Results-Driven: A hands-on, proactive mindset with a focus on achieving KPIs and business objectives.

• Community Building: Experience in lead generation and fostering online engagement.
