As Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies that directly contribute to our pipeline and self-serve revenue growth. You’ll manage the full marketing lifecycle, from positioning and campaign development to content creation and performance analysis, ensuring that every initiative aligns with business goals.
You’ll lead a small but agile team, including a Junior Content Marketeer, and multiple external vendors across paid media, SEO, and website dev. You’ll have full autonomy to shape this setup, selecting new partners or replacing existing ones depending on performance, scope, and budget.
Main tasks:Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a marketing strategy that drives lead generation and contributes to self-serve revenue. Test and scale new marketing channels; evaluate paid, organic, and other tactics to find high-ROI opportunities.
Messaging & ICPs: Continuously evolve our understanding of ideal customer profiles and market segments to sharpen product messaging and ensure alignment with customer needs.
Content Creation: Create and oversee the production of compelling content including case studies, landing pages, articles, webinars, and sales enablement materials.
Marketing Automation: Own the marketing tech stack, including CRM, lead scoring, and automation workflows to improve funnel efficiency and campaign execution.
Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs and OKRs to measure performance; use insights to continuously improve campaigns and optimize ROI.
Teams Alignment: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Communications to ensure aligned messaging and a great customer experience.
6+ years of experience preferably in a SaaS or tech startup environment
Experience with creation and execution of multi-channel marketing strategies
Proficient with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and WordPress
Experience with marketing automation tools and lead generation
Excellent communication skills
Fluent in English, knowledge of German or Dutch is a plus
Based in the Netherlands and eligible to work there without visa sponsorship
Available 9–5 CET, 40 hours/week, with a hybrid working setup
