Your Role as a .NET Backend Developer

In this role, you will build, maintain, and optimize backend applications that process and enrich real estate data. Working within a Scrum team, you will collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to create cutting-edge tools that make real estate data more accessible, transparent, and valuable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain .NET applications supporting real estate data solutions
• Work with databases to ensure seamless integration and optimize performance for scalability and security
• Build and consume APIs for smooth data exchange
• Ensure top-notch performance and security through best practices and optimizations
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
• Stay current with the latest .NET technologies and cloud innovations

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a skilled .NET developer with solid technical proficiency, a proactive mindset, and a drive for innovation.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Relevant certifications in .NET and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Minimum 5 years of experience in object-oriented programming
• Proven experience with developing cloud-native applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Proficiency in .NET technologies such as ASP.NET, .NET Core, and C#
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
• Experience working within Scrum teams
• Adaptability to new technologies and agile methodologies
• Dutch language skills.

Problem You Will Solve:
You will play a pivotal role in integrating hybrid valuation capabilities into the platform, ensuring seamless backend and frontend connections for optimal user experience.

Experience:
At least 5 years in IT development roles
