Norwegian Speaking Client Service Representative - Paid Relocation to Greece

In this role, you will be pivotal in providing exceptional support to our Norwegian-speaking clients. Your expertise in customer service will enable you to address client needs effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Provide top-notch customer support to our Norwegian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Document all client interactions accurately in our CRM system for thorough follow-up and support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate assistance to clients.

Qualifications We Are Looking For:

• Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related client-facing role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive problem-solving attitude, focused on customer satisfaction.
• Comfortable with technology and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• A friendly and approachable attitude towards clients.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and take full advantage of our paid relocation package.
