Job Description
- Manage all HR operations: employment contracts, onboarding/offboarding, documentation, and compliance. Ensure full alignment with labor law and HR best practices.
- Lead policy creation and implementation (e.g. leave, working hours, remote work).
- Run performance management processes and feedback cycles.
- Handle recruitment end-to-end: job descriptions, sourcing, interviewing, and offers.
- Maintain structured internal communication around HR topics (e.g. updates, reminders, documentation).
- Coordinate payroll and employee administration with external partners when needed.
- Monitor and improve employee experience, satisfaction, and engagement.
