Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional player support in both Hungarian and English, through email correspondence.
• Assist players with various inquiries related to game features, technical issues, and account management.
• Efficiently resolve player concerns to enhance overall satisfaction and loyalty.
• Accurately document player interactions to inform service improvements.
• Collaborate with the development and community management teams to communicate player insights.
• Stay updated on game developments and support best practices to provide knowledgeable assistance.

• Fluency in both Hungarian and English (oral and written) is required.
• Previous experience in customer support or player support roles is a plus.
• Strong understanding of gaming culture and familiarity with popular game titles is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, emphasizing customer service.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide actionable solutions.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple player inquiries effectively.
