Job Description - Product Manager (S)

We’re looking for a strategic and execution-focused Product Manager to own and evolve our product roadmap. In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of AI innovation, hardware design, and real-world application, turning abstract ideas into market-ready products.
This position requires a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to lead across ambiguity. You’ll be responsible for defining product direction, aligning with internal research and architecture teams, and ensuring our offering is grounded in real customer value.

  • Ownership and development of the product roadmap for Innatera’s next-generation neuromorphic AI chip platforms;

  • Product vision definition and translation of complex internal innovation into a clear product scope;

  • Product direction alignment with internal research, chip architecture, and engineering roadmaps;

  • Gathering and synthesizing inputs from customers, partners, and sales teams to drive strategic product definition;

  • Evaluation and prioritisation of opportunities through business case development and stakeholder alignment;

  • Full product lifecycle management, from concept through development to go-to-market;

  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to shape value propositions, launch plans, and messaging;

  • Support of competitive positioning and long-term product differentiation in target markets;

  • Creation of feedback loops that inform iteration and long-term roadmap planning.

  • 8+ years of experience in product management within semiconductors, AI chips, embedded systems, or deep-tech environments;

  • Proven track record in end-to-end product lifecycle ownership, ideally with hardware-software integration;

  • Strong grasp of go-to-market strategy, including customer value framing and feedback integration;

  • Experience working with or close to AI/ML systems (e.g., edge inference, NPUs, sensor analytics);.

Nice-to-have:

  • Background in microcontrollers, low-power chip design, or neuromorphic computing;

  • Exposure to embedded AI workloads, on-chip learning, or energy-efficient architecture design;

  • Familiarity with productization cycles in automotive, wearables, IoT, or industrial sensing;

  • Experience with customer engagements, roadmap selling, and early-stage feedback loops;

  • Technical literacy in tools such as Jira, Confluence, or requirements traceability platforms.

  • Ability to interface confidently with engineering, research, and commercial stakeholders;

  • Excellent communication skills, you can synthesize complexity and drive alignment;

  • Strong problem-solving and prioritization instincts in ambiguous environments;

  • Entrepreneurial mindset: comfort with ambiguity, urgency, and resource constraints;

  • Ability to extract the right inputs across teams to define a clear, focused product direction.

At Innatera, you'll be part of a team shaping the future of AI hardware. Your work will help create solutions that power intelligent devices, improving industries and empowering everyday life, from consumer electronics to healthcare.

Our culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and real-world impact provides a unique opportunity to work alongside disruptive innovators, talented engineers, researchers and specialists.
As part of our team, we recognize that your expertise and dedication are invaluable. To ensure your success and well-being, we offer a comprehensive benefits package:
  • Competitive salary;
  • Pension plan;
  • Ambitious team with the freedom to innovate;
  • A flexible working environment (work-from-home policy, flexible working hours, advantageous holidays scheme);
  • An inclusive company culture that embraces open communication, diversity and supports holistic personal development;
  • Compensation for commuting to the office, fruits, drinks and snacks in the office.

Whether you’re passionate about microarchitecture, excited by verification or physical design, driven by supporting operations, building strong teams, or mastering the details of accounting, we’d love to hear from you!
