Job Description - Sales Agent (M/F/X)

Become the face of DR SMILE and turn pre-qualified leads into delighted customers! As our Sales Agent, you’ll passionately guide customers through the entire sales process, relying on your sales talent and communication skills. Take advantage of our attractive commission model and continuously develop your skills to reach ambitious goals with us. No cold calling – you’ll receive pre-qualified customer leads from our Pre-Sales team.
You are the voice of the DR SMILE brand, guiding our patients through to contract completion.
You’ll conduct expert consultations and sales conversations regarding our aligners.
You’ll manage the sales process, ensuring a positive customer experience.
You’ll work toward clear sales targets, supported by an attractive commission model.
With comprehensive onboarding and regular training, you’ll continuously develop your sales skills.

Ideally, you have experience in customer consulting or sales, preferably in telesales.
You have an exceptional talent for sales and see a “no” as motivation to keep pushing forward.
You’re highly self-motivated with the drive to reach ambitious goals.
You show a high level of initiative in consistently improving your sales skills.
You’re a natural communicator, fluent in Dutch, with basic knowledge of English.
