Job Description - Senior HR Business Partner

As a Senior HR Business Partner at QuantWare, your mission is to cultivate a high-performance culture where our talented colleagues can excel. Your initiatives deliver measurable impact in support of our ambitious goals.Strategic HR Partnership
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on a broad range of HR matters, including handling complex employee relations cases with professionalism and discretion and building a high-performance culture.
  • Ensure compliance with Dutch labour law while fostering a fair and engaging work environment.
  • Lead key HR initiatives in performance management, employee engagement, learning & development etc.
People Operations
  • Design, implement, and optimise HR processes and policies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in a fast-growing environment.
  • Drive operational excellence by ensuring our People operations align with business objectives and scale effectively.
Leadership & Team Development
  • Mentor and coach the People & Culture team, including a People & Culture Generalist and a Talent Acquisition Lead, fostering their professional growth and leadership capabilities.
  • Play a key role as part of the extended leadership team, contri
  • buting to the overall people strategy.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Measure the impact of HR initiatives by defining and tracking People OKRs and KPIs and continuously monitor to improve processes.

  • An excellent monthly salary depending on experience and holiday pay (an annual bonus of 8% of your annual salary, paid out once a year)

  • An excellent pension scheme (20% off your annual salary, minus the statutory offset, of which QuantWare contributes 63%). On top of that, we fully pay for your  partner’s and orphan’s pension plus disability premium waiver. For a secure future for you and your loved ones.

  • For international colleagues we provide support with relocation to the Netherlands, tailored to your personal circumstances (e.g. visa application, travel costs, temporary housing and support in applying for a 30% tax benefit);

  • 5+ years of HR experience with solid knowledge of Dutch labour law and compliance.

  • Experience in scale-ups (series a to c and/or tech is a strong plus! 

  • Fluency in Dutch and English (a must-have)
