Are you a strategic marketer with a passion for technology and innovation? At 3devo, we develop advanced hardware and services that help businesses innovate more sustainably within the Additive Manufacturing and Polymers industries. We’re currently seeking an experienced Marketing Strategist to take charge of our marketing team and take its efforts to the next level.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development of our brand, overseeing content creation, campaign planning, and lead generation efforts. You’ll collaborate across departments to align messaging and support business growth through targeted, data-driven marketing initiatives.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, high-energy environment. We are looking for a candidate who brings both strategic thinking and creative execution, along with a strong sense of ownership and a passion for technology-driven storytelling.
Own and drive the overall marketing strategy, aligning with company goals and commercial priorities - from top-of-funnel awareness to SQL handover.
Build and optimize content strategies around key customer pain points and search intent, leveraging SEO tools to identify growth areas.
Develop and iterate multi-step nurturing flows that guide leads through the decision-making process.
Work closely with the commercial department to define ideal customer profiles, improve lead scoring, and tighten the sales-marketing feedback loop.
Identify opportunities to increase conversion rates across the website
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to help guide marketing direction and product positioning

Maintain and evolve a structured content calendar to ensure a steady flow of high-quality marketing output
5+ years in B2B marketing roles with a strong emphasis on strategy development and lead generation. Experience in the tech or (additive) manufacturing sector is a big plus.
Proven ability to lead marketing strategy and execution across digital channels
Strong interest in technology and innovation, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling content
Demonstrated creativity in developing campaigns, messaging, and marketing assets that resonate with technical audiences
Experience running multi-channel lead generation campaigns
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Broader digital marketing knowledge (SEO, SEA, Social Media, CRM, Content Marketing, Data Analysis etc.)
Growth-oriented mindset with a data-driven approach to testing, learning, and improving marketing efforts
Deep understanding of inbound marketing and lead nurturing workflows. You know how to map content to the buyer journey and turn interest into action.
Comfortable working cross-functionally in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Experience with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, GTM, Ahrefs)
Hands-on mentality with a strong sense of ownership and a collaborative working style
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
