Important: This is a remote role, but you must be based in Greece (Athens or anywhere else). Not there yet? No worries we offer a full relocation package to help you settle in with ease.

What Youll Do

• Support Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with empathy and professionalism

• Troubleshoot service or technical issues (full training provided)

• Keep accurate customer records and provide helpful feedback

• Collaborate with a young, international team that values communication and fun

What Were Looking For

• Native-level Dutch (C2) and solid English skills (minimum B2)

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

• A friendly attitude, curiosity, and a willingness to learn

• No prior experience needed well train you from the ground up

• You must already live in Greece or be ready to relocate (remote work is only possible within Greece)
