Remote Surveillance Engineering Coördinator

As a Remote Surveillance Engineering Coördinator, you play an important role in keeping our clubs safe and secure around the clock. You contribute to designing, installing, and maintaining our surveillance systems, ensuring everything functions flawlessly. With your technical expertise and attention to detail, you help create a safe environment where members and staff can feel at ease every day. 

This Is What Your Role Looks Like  
Within our team you are responsible for creating and checking Remote Surveillance system floorplans, coordinating installations and the end quality check. Besides this, you are also assisting our daily operations with setting standards, organize 24/7 openings, checking invoices and coordinating planned maintenance works by our preferred suppliers, to keep our clubs safe and secure 24/7.   
 
Your Responsibilities:   

• Supporting Basic-Fit in implementing the Remote Surveillance program (24/7 system) 

• Creating Remote Surveillance floorplans for new or existing locations 

• Making Audio plans using drawing and calculation tools 

• Assist Basic-Fit Property with creating Remote Surveillance prove construction floorplans  

• Assist with the rollout of new systems in new and renovated clubs 

• Assist in the coordination of planned maintenance related to our Remote Surveillance and Fire systems  

• Being the go-to contact person for our important stakeholders 

• Performing technical quality checks on clubs after installations 

• Making sure we can keep our clubs open 24/7! 

You will work in the RS Engineering department and will be part of the engineering and roll out team within Basic-Fit Security. In this role, you will report directly to our Operations Manager Remote Control. You will also work closely with our Construction Engineers and Architects. You will be the link, together with the Operations Manager Remote Control, between Basic-Fit Property, Facility, local Operations and our own control room (MARC).  
 
Who Are You? 
An open person who is not afraid of change. You are practical and like to get things done. You have a structured way of thinking and are used to working in several projects at the same time.  

• You are tech minded and have interest in Remote/Security systems and Facility;    
• You have a professional education degree in Security, Facility, Construction Engineering or a comparable study;  
• You have strong analytical and problem solving skills;  
• You are able to communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external teams;  
• You have strong verbal and written communication skills in English which is the primary language used both internally and externally, and preferably also in Dutch. Knowledge of French, German and/or Spanish is a plus; 
• You are available 40 hours a week (office hours).
