For our location in Rotterdam center, we are looking for a Sustainability Certifications Executive!

Together with your Team Lead you will be responsible for the sustainability certification processes of our factories. For both Olenex Holding B.V. and Wilmar Europe Holdings B.V. You will be responsible for the fact that we maintain these certifications and maintain our database. Besides that, you will update our work documents and check our SOPs to ensure that we are compliant with various sustainability certification requirements.

Your responsibilities are:

· Support the audit processes, including but not limited to preparation for audits (training employees, internal audits, management review, etc.), coordination during audits and additional or new requirements to ensure compliance with the certification.

· Maintaining absolute accuracy, the Mass Balance books for the respective certification standards (e.g. RSPO and ISCC) for the various entities.

· Updating and maintaining checklists of the various entities to ensure compliance with the respective sustainability standards (RSPO and ISCC).

· Ensure positive close at the end of the respective fixed inventory period for all MB books, by aligning with all parties involved.

· Handle all administration required with the RSPO IT system.

· Ensure timely and accuracy in issuance of Sustainability Declarations (SDs) and/or Proof of Sustainability (PoS) for ISCC deliveries.

· Ensure the correct GHG emissions information is received and allocated for respective ISCC transactions.

· Maintaining approved suppliers’ lists (Certifications related).

· Maintaining overview of requirements/procedures per certification scheme.

· Analyzing certification scheme documents/standards and other relevant documents to provide updates.

· Active role in ensuring that the operational processes follow the respective certification scheme.

Who are you?

You are a positive and effective team player, with a proactive attitude. Besides that, you have a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work with deadlines. You have a systematic and analytical way of working with a focus on accuracy in observations and reporting.

Besides that;

· A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent;

· Around 3 years of relevant working experience;

· Proficient in English; Dutch, and German are a plus.

· Strong preference for candidates who have experience in audits and certifications with ability to understand and apply certification schemes’ documents;

· Excellent skills in MS office (advanced level for Excel). A passion for working with Excel is a must. We won’t consider candidates who cannot work with pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
