Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate information in Dutch.
• Assist customers with product-related questions and troubleshooting.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Document all customer interactions in the system accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer service process.

• Fluent in Dutch, both spoken and written.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.
• Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new culture.
