Reservation Agent

We are ibis Schiphol Amsterdam Airport, a 3-star hotel with 644 rooms, 6 F&B outlets, 5 meeting rooms, and most importantly, a team of 75 fantastic colleagues who are ready to welcome our guests every day!

We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic and guest-oriented Reservations Agent to join our team. Do you have the gift of gab and are you eager to develop your commercial skills? Then keep reading!

As a Reservations Agent, you’ll be responsible for handling and processing both individual and group reservations. Every reservation is a potential lead for more business, and you know how to seize every commercial opportunity by asking the right questions and listening carefully. You’ll proactively inform guests and clients about the hotel’s possibilities. Our motto is "Feel Challenged," and this role certainly offers that!

• You’re looking for a full-time role with flexible working days and hours.
• You’re hospitable, service-oriented, and excited by the challenge of maximizing every commercial opportunity.
• You can create a genuine connection with guests and ensure they feel truly “Welcome.”
• You’re a strong communicator and speak excellent Dutch and English.
• Ideally, you have a background in Tourism or Hospitality.
• Experience with Opera is a plus.
