Voor onze vestigingen in Amsterdam, Utrecht, Hilversum, Eindhoven, Tilburg, Rotterdam, Alkmaar, Den Haag, Deventer, Arnhem & Gouda zijn wij op zoek naar een horecamanager die écht weet wat gastvrijheid is.

Bij de restaurants van Pizza Beppe gaat ‘fast casual dining’ hand in hand met kwaliteit. Wij serveren authentieke Napolitaanse pizza, gemaakt met de beste producten, volgens de originele Italiaanse recepten. Als eerste restaurant in Nederland hebben wij dan ook het keurmerk ontvangen van de Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana, de bewaker van de authentieke Napolitaanse pizza.

Gastvrijheid en service staan bij ons centraal. Wij willen dat iedereen die bij ons komt eten zich thuis voelt en geniet van een ongecompliceerde maar heerlijke pizza, in een ongedwongen sfeer.

Werkzaamheden:

• Jij begeleidt en geeft leiding aan de medewerkers binnen het restaurant, daarnaast draai je mee op de werkvloer in de bediening;

• Jij maakt roosters, voert sollicitatiegesprekken en beoordelingsgesprekken en inventariseert de voorraden;

• Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de gehele operatie van de dag. Aan jou de taak om dit in goede banen te leiden en succesvol één van onze vestigingen te runnen.

At Pizza Beppe's restaurants, 'fast casual dining' goes hand in hand with quality. We serve authentic Neapolitan pizza, made with the finest ingredients, following the original Italian recipes. As the first restaurant in the Netherlands, we have received the certification from the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana, the guardian of authentic Neapolitan pizza.

Hospitality and service are central to us. We want everyone who dines with us to feel at home and enjoy a straightforward but delicious pizza in a relaxed atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• You will guide and lead the employees within the restaurant, and you will also work on the floor in service.

• You will create schedules, conduct job interviews and performance reviews, and take inventory of supplies.

• You are responsible for the entire day's operation. It's your task to manage this effectively and successfully run one of our branches.
