Retail Project Manager - Amsterdam

Are you an experienced project manager with a passion for retail, brand execution, and international expansion? In this role, you’ll be responsible for launching new stores, shop-in-shops, and franchise locations. Ensuring every rollout reflects the brand's identity, meets timelines, and stays on budget.

What you’ll do
As Retail Project Manager, you’ll lead multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong focus on planning, execution, and brand consistency. You will:

• Manage the full project lifecycle, from design kickoff to operational handover

• Guide franchise partners through smooth and successful openings

• Coordinate the rollout of shop-in-shops with retail partners, ensuring brand consistency

• Oversee construction sites: site visits, progress tracking, and stakeholder alignment

• Own the CAPEX budget — from forecasting and procurement to negotiation and final settlement

• Manage logistics and ensure the timely delivery of fixtures and materials

• Work closely with external partners, including architects, contractors, and suppliers

• Identify project risks early and propose effective solutions

• Keep all stakeholders informed with clear progress updates

• Combine structured planning with a hands-on approach on-site

What you bring

You have:

• 4–6 years of experience managing retail construction projects internationally

• A degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field

• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and timelines

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• A proactive, hands-on attitude and the ability to work independently

• Confidence in negotiations and the ability to coordinate diverse teams

• Flexibility to travel internationally and work outside of standard hours

• Fluency in English (Dutch is a plus)
