As Retail Sales Coordinator, you will coordinate all operational & tactical activities within in the Retail Sales channel, consisting of new car sales and used car sales. Our Direct Sales business model enables us having a comprehensive lead management process, knowing our customer from first meeting up to purchase and retaining. You will contribute to further developing this process and to create the best possible buying experience for our customers while maximizing our Retail sales results. Moreover, you will participate in developing our Pre-owned Polestar program and will be working with Polestar partners to optimize Pre-owned sales, while monitoring and influencing our Residual Values (RV).
• Responsibility for achieving the set Retail Order target, monitor performance and report to the Manager Retail Sales on results and needed actions to improve Retail Sales performance. In example preparing a new tactical campaign or proposition.
• Ensure retention by developing offers to connect used car sales to new car sales
• Assist the Manager Retail Sales by preparing the Retail Sales budget
• Collect input, identify gaps and report improvements to the Manager Retail Sales and work together with internal stake holders for the continuous development of the Retail Sales channel, including the back-end systems & processes
• Ensure operational performance for the white label products Polestar leasing & Polestar finance by working together with our partners
• Monitor, report and improve the competitiveness of our Retail Cash, Finance & Leasing offers
• Oversee all lead follow up activities; provide customer facing staff with the best offers to convert a lead into a sale
• First point of contact for customer facing staff (CE Team, Spaces & Handover Center) for all Remarketing related activities
• Support Polestar Remarketing Partners
• Monitor and report on pricing for Pre-owned Polestars and their Residual Value level
• Support on fulfilment of Polestar Pre-owned standards across operations through regular audits and provided training
• Report on the KPI’s on retail sales performance, lead management and remarketing
• Experience with data analysis, market sales analysis, stakeholder management and lead management
• Experience with vehicle remarketing is an advantage
• Automotive Retail experience is a strong advantage
• Digital native: excellent knowledge of MS Office and Salesforce or the eagerness to quickly learn is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both written and spoken

As part of the Dutch Sales team, you will work very closely with and report to the local Manager Retail Sales. You will also work with other teams & individuals across our company & network of partners. Our office is in Beesd. Working hybrid is possible in a purpose driven way.
