About the Role 



Role: Revenue Operations Analyst (Data + Systems)


Level: Junior/Mid (1–3 yrs)


Goal? Create a reliable, scalable revenue engine by owning data foundations, tooling, dashboards, and automations across Demand Gen, Sales, and CSM.


Problem


Commercial teams are growing and risk operating in silos across Demand Generation, Sales, and Customer Success. Teams are not consistently data-driven or working in scalable way due to gaps in data access and inefficient processes. Current RevOps capacity is already stretched; adding a second hire is required to expand coverage across the full revenue lifecycle and increase execution throughput.


What success looks like



  • Month 1: ramp complete on RevOps stack and Demand Gen workflows; first Demand Gen data models + dashboard shipped

  • Month 3: Demand Gen data setup and tooling fully owned with strong accuracy, hygiene and governance standards

  • Month 6: Demand Gen process improvements, automations, and initial AI-enabled workflows shipped; Begin ramping on the two other pillars, Sales and CSM

  • Year 1: fully competent across pillars with the ability to own responsibilities across the three pillars


Primary Responsibilities



  • build and maintain commercial data models and metric definitions

  • design, ship, and maintain decision-oriented dashboards

  • own pillar tooling: administration, hygiene, governance, enablement, and integrations

  • document core processes and data flows; identify scalable improvements

  • build automations and AI processes for prospecting, scoring, enrichment, alerts and more

  • partner with pillar leads to drive adoption and enablement of dashboards, tooling and new processes


Required Competencies



  • technical foundation: hands-on with data modeling, tooling, and automation in a production environment

  • systems thinking: builds scalable structures and operating rhythms, not one-off fixes

  • builder mindset: action-driven, iterative delivery, high ownership

  • stakeholder management + follow-through discipline

  • clear communication (writing, simplifying, running walkthroughs)


Background



  • BS/MS in a technical subject (preference: Computer Science)

  • Proficient in SQL

  • Proficient in Python or JavaScript

  • automation building experience (workflows, scripts, integrations)

  • Previous experience in a commercial team highly valued but not a hard blocker (Revops, SalesOps, GTM etc..).

    • If no experience in a commercial team, at least needs some kind of experience where being able to think in a commercial mindset is necessary (business analyst, consulting)



  • BI experience a plus (preference: Tableau)
