Job Purpose
To research and issue all customer requests for material return; coordinate returns to vendors
Essential Job Duties
Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer service inquiries related to RMAs, RTVAs, and returns.
Process and issue customer credits and vendor debits in a timely and accurate manner.
Verify all available information to ensure the returned product matches product shipped to/from Smith and Associates.
Respond to accounting inquiries and provide supporting documentation as needed.
Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly RMA/RTVA reports
Track return material movement and ensure proper documentation is maintained for audits and internal controls.
Assist with routine and scheduled cycle counts to validate stock accuracy.
Utilize internal databases to ensure physical inventory aligns with system-recorded locations and quantities.
Collaborate with Inventory, Receiving, Logistics, QC , Accounting, Legal and other departments to support day‑to‑day activities.
Provide backup support for other functions within the Operations team as needed.

Must be detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience
At least 2 years of proven warehouse experience in an all-around role, specifically within the electronics or IT parts industry.
A keen eye for detail and the ability to detect physical defects in components.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
The ability to lift up to 15kg.
Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, is a plus.
Knowledge of the electronics distribution field is a bonus.
