Job Description - SaaS Sales Consultant (in Dutch)

Over the past five years, CtrlChain has built a powerful and trusted ecosystem designed to simplify and modernize the transport and logistics sector. Now, we're making this ecosystem fully available to our customers, both shippers and carriers.. Our system brings digital transformation to an industry that's long relied on outdated processes, offering smart tools that enhance visibility, streamline compliance, and optimize operations. We're growing fast and bringing our platform to more customers across Europe. To help us do that, we're looking for a hands-on Saas Sales Consultant who's great at spotting opportunities and turning them into lasting partnerships. What You Will Be Doing

As a SaaS Sales Consultant, your primary mission is to grow CtrlChain’s customer base and revenue by identifying opportunities, converting leads into long-term customers, and acting as a trusted advisor in the digital transformation journey of our customers.

Your responsibilities:

•                Lead Generation & Prospecting: identify and engage with potential shippers and carriers through inbound and outbound strategies. Qualify leads, thoroughly understand their processes and challenge and tailor your approach accordingly. We are not feature dropping and selling and really want to make a difference.

•                Product Consultation & Demo: be the expert on the CtrlChainTMS platform for both carriers and shippers. Based on the investigation you are able to create a personalized demo and show them the impact the CtrlChain system has within their whole organization.  

•                Solution Selling & Deal Closing: guiding prospects through the different possibilities within the CtrlChain TMS and making a tailored offer based on their needs, taking into account the ROI and other key business outcomes (efficiency gains, time savings, and operational improvements). Manage the full commercial cycle, from first contact to signed contract.

•                Customer Onboarding: ensure a smooth transition for new customers by working closely with our customer success specialist. You hand over the onboarding to our Customer Success Specialist, but stay closely involved in ongoing opportunities, supporting upsell discussions and key commercial moments.

•                Collaboration & Feedback: work closely with our Marketing, Sales and Product departments to fine-tune messaging and provide market insights and feedback from the market.

Who You Are

You're a driven, enthusiastic professional who enjoys solving problems with smart tech. You excel at building trust with decision-makers and thrive on closing deals that deliver real value to customers.

You will thrive in this role if you:

•                Have 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or tech-enabled solutions, preferably within logistics, transport, or supply chain.

•                Are fluent in Dutch and professional in English.

•                Are tech-savvy, with the ability to translate complex software features into understandable business benefits.

•                Are self-motivated and structured, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

•                Possess strong communication skills, a structured approach, and a proactive mindset.

•                Bonus: experience with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot) and data-driven sales strategies.
