Job Description - SailPoint Developer





  • Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.

  • Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.

  • Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.

  • Be a productive member of the team.





Requirements



  • Troubleshoot, configure, and maintain SailPoint connectors and integrations across enterprise applications.

  • Design, develop, and support enterprise identity workflows, enabling advanced troubleshooting and workflow automation.

  • Build, deploy, release, and import Identity and Access Management (IAM) related changes across environments.

  • Configure and manage SailPoint IdentityIQ components, including: Rules (BeanShell/Java), Workflows, Forms, Policies, Certifications (Access Reviews)

  • Support the integration of applications within distributed enterprise environments and ensure secure identity lifecycle management.

  • Implement and manage enterprise and cloud-based security access solutions, including Federation, SAML, and related authentication technologies.

  • Manage deployments across UAT and Production environments and support release management activities.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, application teams, and security teams to ensure successful delivery of IAM solutions.

  • Participate actively in Agile Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Strong experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions.

  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting and configuring SailPoint connectors.

  • Advanced understanding of enterprise IAM environments and identity technologies.

  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, SAP integration, and related identity management technologies.

  • Experience implementing and supporting authentication and access management solutions, including SAML, Federation, and Single Sign-On (SSO).

  • Experience developing and customizing SailPoint components using BeanShell and Java.

  • Strong understanding of user provisioning, role management, certifications, access reviews, and governance processes.

  • Experience managing application deployments and supporting production environments.

  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

  • Security certifications such as CISSP, CRISC, CISM, or CCIE are highly preferred.

  • Knowledge of Active Directory security, LDAP, and directory services administration.
