Job Description - SailPoint Developer (ID: 3041)

As a SailPoint Developer, you will:

Lead the installation, integration, and deployment of SailPoint IdentityIQ in client environments.
Perform application onboarding and connector development leveraging SailPoint IIQ.
Design and build workflows for access certifications and identity lifecycle events (Joiner, Mover, Leaver).
Develop and customize connectors (REST, Webservice, SCIM) to onboard business applications.
Implement aggregation, connector, and provisioning rules to tailor onboarding.
Modify out-of-the-box (OOTB) workflows and implement custom LCM workflows to meet business requirements.
Configure notifications for key identity access events.
Design and implement complex approval models for request-based provisioning.
Participate in role provisioning and deprovisioning processes.
Lead and contribute to continuous improvement projects, guiding team members on best practices and advanced troubleshooting.

What You Bring to the Table:

4–6 years of hands-on experience in SailPoint IIQ development and implementation.
Strong knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) domain and technologies.
Proficiency in Java, JavaScript (including BeanShell), JSP/Servlets, SQL, and J2EE.
Working knowledge of REST APIs and tools like Postman.
Experience with XML, SPML/SOAP, web/application servers, and HTML.
Familiarity with databases such as Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, and MySQL.
Hands-on experience with directory services like LDAP and Active Directory.
Experience with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, PeopleSoft, Workday) is a plus.
Good understanding of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
Familiarity with other IAM tools (e.g., Sun, Oracle, IBM, Novell) is a bonus.

You should possess the ability to:

Translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable SailPoint IIQ solutions.
Build customer-specific workflows and implement advanced provisioning logic.
Troubleshoot complex identity workflows in distributed environments.
Guide and mentor team members on IAM implementations.
Work across both Windows and Unix/Linux platforms to configure and install relevant software.
