Sales Administrator / Commerciële binnendienst medewerker

Your Role

As a Sales Administrator, you will be a crucial link between our sales team, customers, and internal departments. You ensure smooth administrative processes, support sales activities, and contribute to our company's growth by handling key operational tasks, including:

• Preparing customer quotations

• Organizing and coordinating customer test samples and reports

• Assisting with trade show organization and sales travel

• Managing and updating the CRM system

• Ensuring the correct distribution and review of customer contracts and specifications

• Do the preparations for our sales meetings
  

What You Bring

• A team player mentality – you collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in quoting technical machines and systems.

• Education in (technical) business administration or comparable work experience.

• A commercial mindset – you are driven, proactive, and pay attention to details.

• Strong software skills – proficient in MS Office 365, CRM (Preferable ZEN), or ERP systems.

• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (an additional European language is a plus).
