HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
As a Sales & Marketing Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our business, collaborating closely with a diverse range of stakeholders including retail partners, HQ commercial, finance, IT, logistics, marketing teams, and external agencies. Your primary mission will be to ensure the efficient and effective execution of daily operations, while continuously seeking opportunities for process improvement. You will be instrumental in supporting the Country Manager to achieve sales targets and will actively contribute to our Marketing activations, assisting in leading Trade Marketing activities with our retail and business partners.
Key responsibilities:
Operational & Administrative Support:
Maintain and update the Point of Sale (POS) database.
Manage the end-to-end sales process for watches, straps, and accessories.
Provide comprehensive support for marketing activities, including trade activations, trade marketing initiatives, and gift management.
Generate and update daily reports.
Process and follow up on orders, invoices, consignments, returns, and credit notes for both wholesale and retail channels.
Client & Database Management:
Respond to product requests, providing information on availability, pricing, and shipping.
Organize and maintain accurate client database information.
Staff Sales Coordination:
Process staff sales orders, proformas, and manage follow-ups.
Marketing Support & Invoicing:
Support POS visibility for wholesale and retail by liaising with suppliers for the production and setup of visual merchandising elements (e.g., stickers).
Manage the invoicing process for Advertising & Promotion (A&P) costs, including vendor management, Purchase Order (PO) creation, and follow-up with the accounting department.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
You possess the ability to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
You demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with high responsiveness, enabling you to effectively liaise with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
You have a proactive mindset, consistently identifying and implementing continuous process improvements, alongside a meticulous attention to detail.
You are confident and independent, capable of working with initiative and representing the Maison professionally at all times.
Proficiency in systems such as SAP, combined with strong Excel skills for data management, documentation, and reporting, would be a significant advantage.
Previous experience in managing the complete sales order process is highly desirable.
