Job Description - Sales Area Manager BeNeLux (f/m/d)

For more than 80 years, we have pioneered intelligent monitoring solutions to keep our customer's rotating equipment operating at peak performance worldwide.Brüel & Kjaer Vibro (BK Vibro) is looking for a skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our Sales Area team in BeNeLux.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Director EMEA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a long-term, effective and profitable sales plan to increase market share and generate sales leads for new Condition Monitoring business. In addition to providing professional customer service and after care, the focus will be on maintaining and increasing sales within the existing customer base but also new customer acquisition.

  • Implement the company’s sales and marketing strategies and customize them to align with market requirements in the assigned region.
  • Undertake sales and marketing activities to grow opportunity pipeline and develop sales strategy and execution plan to meet order entry objectives.
  • Oversee the deal negotiation and sales of all condition monitoring and vibration related products and services across the entire B&K Vibro product offering.
  • Undertake client presentations. Influence key stakeholders, obtain early involvement and identify the customer’s specification requirements.
  • Provide strong interface to the Brüel & Kjær Vibro project delivery group to ensure a smooth transition of projects.
  • Oversee the project delivery process through close interaction and communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Drive a strong customer focus in the region.
  • Cooperate with R&D to ensure Brüel & Kjær Vibro remains a customer-focused developer of new products and services.
  • Compile and present sale reports and maintain the CRM system (Salesforce) with customer and project relevant data.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, e.g. in the field of business administration and/or electrical engineering.
  • At least five years' experience in consultative sales with customer contact, ideally in the field of condition monitoring.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent written and spoken Dutch and English.
  • Passion and determination to achieve sales targets.
  • Strong customer focus and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in selling high-value solutions and long-term service contracts.
  • Knowledge of vibration sensor technology and vibration analysis is an advantage.
