Our Customer Support Team is seeking a hybrid/remote Sales Engineer. You would be responsible for providing technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation, and maintenance of company products. The Sales Engineer will assist the Business Development team in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs and will prepare detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer applications/solutions.
The role may involve building a mini application based on customer requirements to demonstrate feasibility of the application, often requiring rapid product demo for client, and providing product capability assessment and validation. You will be responsible for ensuring that the product application/solution functions according to specifications, and providing follow-up support to company sales account managers and customer personnel by disseminating technical information on specific applications.
In addition, the Sales Engineer will work closely with the customer from prior to the sale, through delivery and installation. The ability to seamlessly integrate TrellisWare products with other customer systems and maximize network performance is ideal. You must also be capable of analyzing, troubleshooting, and fixing network performance issues through monitoring and troubleshooting systems.
