Job Description - Sales Executive


Are you ready for an exciting role in a dynamic, internationally growing company? Merapar, specializing in software services, is seeking a driven Sales Executive passionate about cloud solutions and business development. Join Merapar and be a key player in our expansion, especially in mainland Europe, leveraging our mission-critical cloud solutions widely used in different areas such as Media & Entertainment, IoT, Data Management and Analytics..

  • Be a driving force in our sales team, focusing primarily on hands-on business development to fuel our next growth phase. You will cultivate client relationships and secure new business opportunities in established markets and new areas.
  • Use your proven experience in selling consulting or cloud-native software development services to not only maintain but significantly grow our client base.

  • You'll be adept at generating leads and leveraging your existing potential customer network, ideally familiar with AWS or GCP cloud, to scale our business.
  • You are self-motivated, employing creativity and passion in establishing, executing, and optimising sales.
  • Engage effectively with technical staff and high-level stakeholders, ensuring our solutions align perfectly with client needs and ambitions.

This role is perfectly suited for someone with a technical background, such as an engineering degree or equivalent experience in technical roles, who thrives on the challenge of seeking new business opportunities. This position requires being based near the Netherlands or Germany for seamless coordination with colleagues. Additionally, you must be available to frequently travel across mainland Europe for client engagements.
