Sales Representative (m/f/d)

We are looking for a SALES REPRESENTATIVE (m/f/d) located in the province of Noord-Brabant for the professional hair industry for the Dutch market. If you would like to start your carreer at the most exciting company in the Hair and Beauty industry, you are exactly at the right place! 
You are there to make sure our customers are the happy users and sellers of all our hair & beauty brands. You support hairsalons and wholesalers. It is your job to help our customers grow their business through our amazing brand portfolio. Many salons already carry at least 1 New Flag brand. You will convince them they can grow their business when adding more of our beautiful brands. You support the customers also by sharing your product knowledge. You give them all the knowledge they need to create the best results for their clients. Of course, you will also be looking for new happy customers.

Your tasks in detail:

• You support our customers by visiting them regularly, answering their questions and follow-up on their requests.
• You are always looking for opportunities to grow the customers business by adding more New Flag brands.
• You make sure our customers always have the most up to date product portfolio.
• You share brand and product information with our customers. You educate them so they can maximize their results.
• You identify and create new business/customers.
• You create the best support for your customers in cooperation with our marketing & education team.

• Successfully completed MBO or HBO degree in a relevant field.
• Initial work experience in sales preferably within the hair & beauty industry.
• You have a passion for the hair & beauty brands we sell.
• You love to give our customers all support to make them the happiest customer on earth.
• You have a structured way of working and can ‘hold different balls up in the air’.
• You like to score and are result driven.
• You are reliable, flexible and have a meticulous approach to work.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English.
• You see yourself as a team player (m/f/d) who like to support your colleagues to achieve the common goal #OneTeamOneDream.
