Tasks

Main responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with orthodontists, dental professionals, and key customers.
• Introduce new products, communicate innovations, and support sales campaigns to customers.
• Identify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, referrals, networking, trade shows, and industry events.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely follow-up and excellent customer service.
• Understand customer needs through consultative conversations and recommend suitable orthodontic solutions based on individual requirements.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and sales meetings using professional sales materials and clinical knowledge.
• Drive sales growth by presenting customer-focused solutions and demonstrating the value of the GC Orthodontics portfolio.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
• Develop and execute territory plans to maximize customer retention and business growth.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Customer Service, and Product Management, to ensure excellent customer experience.
• Continuously develop product knowledge, sales skills, and industry expertise through training, coaching, and professional development activities.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Fluent in Dutch and English; German language skills are considered an advantage.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset.
• Independent, proactive, and motivated to build long-term customer relationships.
• Experience or educational background in dental technology, orthodontics, healthcare, or a related field is highly desirable.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems and SAP is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel within heel Netherland.
