About the Role

As a Client Services Assistant, you will support the Sales team by:

  • Supporting proposal drafting for the EMEA Sales Team and interfacing with Operations to provide clear, complete, and accurate proposals to clients, following PTS (Proposal Tracking System) procedures
  • Supporting updates to the CRM system, maintaining customer information, opportunities, contacts, and all sales and client -related data
  • Creating weekly/monthly reports and working with all levels of internal clients within the organisation
  • Receiving and answering enquiries, and dealing with internal and occasionally external clients via email
  • Carrying out essential admin tasks to support Legal, Finance, QA, and other departments
  • Following up on specific processes such as NDAs, new access requests, JIRA access requests, sanity checks, and submissions for specific projects
  • Handling ad -hoc administrative tasks

What You Bring

  • A passion for customer success/support
  • Preferably MBO+/HBO thinking level
  • Experience with CRM and/or Dynamics is a plus
  • Experience with creating sales reports is a plus
  • Pro -active attitude and a structured way of working
  • Stress resistance
  • Ability to identify processes or issues and address them
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • Good knowledge of English, verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
