This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Sales Support Officer in our office in Amstelveen, Netherlands with Modular.

In this role, you would be responsible for executing administrative sales activities (such as making offers/quotations by phone and email to our clients) in a timely and accurate manner. You will also arrange and record appointments, manages agenda's depending on agreements with the supervisor, and organize meetings, video conferences etc.

• First point of contact and advising (interior-) architects, lighting designers, dealers, installers and end -users.

• Assist in projects with external sales or in direct contact with the architect/designer/end customer.

• Prepare a quotation for new projects, offer product assistance and give technical support.

• Ensure close follow-up for the projects you are working on from quotation to the order.

• Work in close contact with our external sales to support our customers in the best possible way.

• Use different tools for your day-to-day activities, such as SAP, HubSpot and Teams.

More about you

While we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior design/architecture, lighting design or account Management.

• Previous working experience handling Sales quotations is a nice-to-have. Eagerness to learn about it is a must-have!

• Experience in lighting is a plus. Interest in technology, electricity topics and a love for design is a must.

• Commercial acumen, result-driven and customer-first mentality.

• Proactive, a key player between Modular and the customer with a team-player mentality.

• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.

• Fluent in Dutch and English. Both languages are required for this role.

• Comfortable with the Microsoft Office package.

• Open for an office-based job for at least 4 days a week.
