Your Role


As a Sales Trader at OTC Flow, you will be directly involved in environmental markets, connecting clients primarily in Chinese-speaking regions with the right products to achieve their climate goals and regulatory obligations.


Your mission is to build and maintain a profitable client portfolio. Through a mix of cold calling, networking, and market engagement, you’ll become a trusted counterparty to companies across industries and borders. You’ll act as the direct link between clients and the market—facilitating trades, brokering deals, and ensuring smooth execution every step of the way.



Your Responsibilities



  • Client Portfolio Development: Proactively expand your client base within the environmental commodities sector.

  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Utilize cold calling, email outreach, and face-to-face meetings to identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with potential clients.

  • Trade Execution: Efficiently execute trades in various environmental commodities, ensuring precise and timely transactions that meet client needs.

  • Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and offering tailored solutions to address their specific environmental compliance and sustainability needs.


Your Profile



  • Education: Degree in economics, finance, environmental science, or related fields

  • Experience: 1-2+ years in B2B sales, business development, or client-facing roles — ideally in energy, commodities, or environmental sectors

  • Sales skills: strong negotiation, closing abilities, and a keen sense for building sustainable client relationships

  • Proactive & resilient: ability to work independently, comfortable with client outreach, and able to stay focused in a dynamic environment

  • Languages: fluent Chinese and English

  • Adaptability: remain focused under pressure and flexible with changing market conditions
