Job Description - Sales Trader (Eastern European Market)

The Role


Your role as a Sales Trader for the Eastern European Countries market will focus on building your own client portfolio and providing strategic trade solutions to support your clients in meeting their environmental compliance objectives. You will actively engage in outreach and prospecting through cold calling and client meetings.




What You’ll Do



  • Develop and grow your client base through direct prospecting, including cold calling and networking.

  • Engage with clients via phone, online, and in-person meetings to understand their needs.

  • Identify and execute trade opportunities.

  • Be the go-to expert for your clients, providing them with daily pricing and market insights.

  • Stay ahead of market trends and financial news. Keep up to date with our products and new developments.

  • Meet and exceed your revenue (PnL) targets. Promote OTC Flow’s services to expand our market presence.




What We’re Looking For



  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.

  • A strong financial background with a keen interest in markets and commodities.

  • Native-level proficiency in Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Hungarian, Polish, Romanian, or Slovak, along with fluency in English, is essential.

  • Proven experience in a client-facing role such as a broker or sales trader is highly desirable.

  • Experience with cold calling and prospecting is also advantageous.

  • A commercial mindset and entrepreneurial spirit, with a strong competitive drive and determination to succeed.

  • A results-driven attitude with high resilience and ambition.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Motivated by bonus and ambitious, with a strong desire to excel in both your career and personal life.
