Job Description - SAP ABAP Developer (ID: 3030)

As an SAP ABAP Developer, you will:

Lead and support the migration of employee data to SuccessFactors.
Develop Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for new HR process implementations.
Create and modify ABAP programs to ensure seamless data flow between SAP HR and SuccessFactors.
Troubleshoot and resolve SuccessFactors replication issues, particularly with employee master data and organizational data.
Support and maintain SAP HR production environments, ensuring stability and performance.

What You Bring to the Table:

6–8 years of experience in SAP ABAP HR development.
Strong hands-on expertise in ABAP programming (non-HANA environment).
Proven experience with SuccessFactors integration, particularly resolving replication issues.
Working knowledge of BADIs related to data replication and SAP HR processes.
Experience with SOAP services creation and modification.
Familiarity with encryption techniques for securing interface data.
Awareness of SAP Security Notes and their implementation.

You should possess the ability to:

Independently handle SAP HR-ABAP developments and integrations.
Analyze, debug, and resolve replication and interface issues efficiently.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure smooth migration and deployment.
Maintain high standards of data security, especially in HR interfaces.
Deliver innovative solutions in a structured and process-driven environment.
